ABOUT WEMAS

We are in the process of strengthening our Management Team and as a result we are searching for suitably qualified people who will be recruited as Management Trainees based at our Head office in Lilongwe.

THE PEOPLE

WEMAS seeks to recruit dynamic and results-oriented fresh graduates without any prior experience. The Management Trainees will be given comprehensive on-the-job training in all the operations of the Company for a period of One (1) Year after which they will be assigned middle management positions within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Any University Degree obtained within the past two years,
  • Fresh graduates with degrees in medicine, nursing or pharmacy, but are interested to pursue a career in medical insurance, are encouraged to apply.
  • Those who have just completed their studies but have not yet graduated are encouraged to apply.
